The role: Customer Support

This is a part-time position (34 hours per week) within our Customer Support Team, reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader. You’ll work five days a week (four full days, one half day) during school terms, with minimal rostered school holiday work. 

 

A day in the Life

  • Assist families and school administrators with their queries – no two days are the same!
  • Take phone calls and solve problems efficiently
  • Help PTA volunteers set up school fundraisers (movie nights, sausage sizzles, etc.)
  • Coach school administrators on system use (e.g., applying basketball costs to the whole team)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant learning opportunities

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, helpful, and patient individual who loves working in a team
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Passion for customer support and ability to thrive under pressure
  • High level of computer competency and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in phone-based support (call center experience is a plus)
  • A can-do attitude, initiative, and out-of-the-box thinking
