We are seeking a friendly, organised, unflappable Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland (North Shore) based team.

Assisting our Kindo and ezlunch software users and administrators, the questions you're asked will be many and varied!

This role requires a great deal of computer confidence, ability to cope under pressure, high level of organisational skills and excellent English (both written and spoken) with other languages definitely a bonus! We pride ourselves on being friendly and helpful and we actively look for this in our team members.

You will be working as part of team and a punctual 8am start is a must on school days. Formal helpdesk training and experience will be valued, as will second languages and proven computer skills.

You don't need to be a tech whizz to deal with our stuff, but you do need to be confident using web apps, word, excel etc and know your way around internet browsers. You will spend your day using our customer service software and helping users use our Kindo software.

3.5 days during school term, 8am - 4pm Monday, Thursday, Friday and 8am-midday Tuesday. School holidays are, for the most part, holidays, but you will be expected to work a few days during each break, sharing cover with other team members.
